Susan Au Allen, President, US Pan Asian American Chamber of Education Foundation
In 1984, Susan Au Allen founded the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Education Foundation (USPAACC-EF) with a group of civic and business leaders in Washington, DC, and became full time National President & CEO in 2001. A strong and effective advocate for Asian American issues on Capitol Hill and in the White House, her achievements reached a new level in Washington, DC when President George H.W. Bush appointed her to the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States (1991-1996). Susan came to the United States from Hong Kong on an invitation from the White House. She received her J.D. from the Antioch School of Law and an LL.M. in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center. For 17 years, she practiced law in Paul Shearman Allen & Associates of Washington, DC and Hong Kong, and became nationally recognized for her work on immigration, international trade and investment.


Vernon Bettencourt, Founder, Bettencourt Consultancy
Before founding his consultancy firm, he was the Army Deputy CIO/G-6 which provides architecture, governance, portfolio management, strategy, C4IT acquisition oversight and operational capabilities to enable joint expeditionary net-centric information dominance for the Army. After retiring from the Army, Mr. Bettencourt joined the MITRE Defense C3I Federally Funded Research and Development Center in 1990. He founded the Synthetic Environments Applications Department, designing and applying C3I simulations to support systems engineering in OSD, Army, Navy, and USMC. Among many high-level positions within the government, Mr. Bettencourt was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in January 1995 serving as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Combat Developments, TRADOC, and then Special Assistant for Forces and Program Evaluation, DUSA (OR).



Kevin Carroll, President, The Kevin Carroll Group, LLC
Mr. Carroll is recognized as a leader in managing information technology changes that are needed to support an Army at war and in support of the President's Management Agenda. Today, he leads his IT consulting company that focusing on the Federal Government. Until October 2007, Mr. Carroll was the Program Executive Officer, Enterprise Information Systems, where he managed a highly complex, diverse and effective organization engaged in developing, acquiring, integrating, deploying and sustaining state-of-the-art business and technology systems for the Army, Joint Service and Coalition users. The Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems has a global work force of over 600 military and civilian employees and obligations of more than $2 billion annually. Under Mr. Carroll's leadership the Program Executive Office steadily grew in size, number of programs and importance to America's military success. Mr. Carroll began his government career as a contracting officer with the Department of Transportation before transferring to the Army. He has over 32 years experience in government service and his Army government experience includes the Federal Highway Administration, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Army's ISSAA (now ITEC4), CECOM, and the Army Materiel Command.


LTG Arthur Gregg, US Army (retired)
Lieutenant General Gregg enlisted in the United States Army in January 1946, and was commissioned through Officer's Candidate School in May 1950. He served for more than thirty-six years and retired in August 1981 in the grade of Lieutenant General. His most significant assignments included Commander, Army and Air Force Exchange System, Europe; Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, United States Army, Europe; Director for Logistics in the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and the Army's Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics. Following retirement from the Army in 1981, General Gregg held several corporate assignments at the vice president, president, and chief executive officer levels. He retired from active management in 1996, but continues to serve on several corporate boards. He chairs four of these boards.
