IV&V Case History
Binary provided consulting services to assist the Department of Defense's Product Manager Joint - Automatic Identification Technology (PM J-AIT) in planning and designing an enterprise IV&V function. We employed IV&V best practices to a granular level of technical detail while the work being independently verified and validated was more technical in nature. Binary's IV&V best practices were appropriately employed to support our customer's goals. A critical success factor was Binary's ability to collaborate with multiple players in a distributed environment in an aggressive timeline.
For the Department Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Head Start Program, Binary also provided IV&V support that required the establishment and ongoing management of IV&V processes to attain greater information collaboration between the Government and multiple contractor support organizations.
In both instances, Binary's unique approach to providing IV&V to customers focuses on relevant past performance, strong program management, and experienced and dedicated people in the functional areas of IV&V. Very few organizations can bring to bear this formidable combination to satisfy requirements with a demonstrated track record of success.
