US Army
Binary is playing a key role in the modernization and web-enablement of a Joint Services' transportation system, through adoption of the best commercial business practice and the associated commercial information that supports the processes of mobility, sustainability, and automating transportation planning.
Federal Railroad Administration
Binary led the modeling effort for FRA's Enterprise Architecture. The EA was developed in accordance with the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Transportation EA standards.
Cable & Wireless
For Cable and Wireless, Binary analyzed the end-to-end business processes, from customer order to work order breakdown, provisioning, procurement of support equipment, 3rd party installation and warehousing vendors, through to ILEC's who own the "last mile" of the connection. Binary supported the design of the solution architecture that centers around supply chain management concepts using XML and BRB technologies. Binary led the negotiations of the XML document schemas with the external vendors of the supply chain.
